Before you Send it In

Before you send it in, please make sure you have the downloaded RA Request  2016 AF.pdf filled it out completely.  Contact us by phone (831) 458-1800 or email service@fitaud.com and we will provide you with an RA # to add to the form and the outside of the package - insure it - then ship it (UPS, FedEx, USPS - for light weight items Priority Mail has the best rates and fastest service).  Upon receipt we’ll contact you via email or phone regarding your repair - at that point you be required provide a credit card number for all charged repairs (please note - without prepayment, your repair will not be serviced) - or - do nothing with warranty repairs.  All repairs left beyond 30 days will either be recycled at a green waste facility or returned COD via UPS at
